I’m a Greenville, SC native with a passion for fitness and nutrition, and a strong belief that health is a fundamental right. As a coach, trainer, and 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), I love creating energizing, soulful experiences for growth in body, mind, and spirit. With degrees in Public Health, Public Administration and Communications, I’m dedicated to making fitness and healthy eating accessible for all.
